| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not debit your card for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet using this website. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule Where items are in stock we normally aim for same-day despatch to provide next working day delivery within the UK; but please allow up to 28 days for delivery wherever you are. For orders placed from outside the UK delivery will be by airmail and we are always happy to quote a delivery estimate upon request. However, customers should be aware that this is an estimate only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as the time taken by Customs authorities to clear the shipment. |

| Tax Charges All prices are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). For orders made from within the UK 20% VAT is added. For orders made from EU VAT States other than the UK 0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
